I’m super exhausted from our overnight paddle trip this weekend. So I’m going to keep this post super simple with a recipe for you! These are not strict paleo being that it calls for peanut butter, but you’re welcome to sub cashew butter or almond butter instead.
They are so tasty and my moms favorite. These won’t disappoint!
I know you’re dying to know about our trip don’t worry I will tell you all about it! But for now here is a recipe to help you snack healthy through the week.

Cranberry Hemp Protein Balls
8 medjool dates, pitted
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup peanut butter — the real kind
1/4 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
2 Tablespoons ground chia seed
2 Tablespoons flax seed meal
2 Tablespoons hemp protein (Trader Joes)
juice of 1 lemon
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until everything is combined. Roll into 1″ balls. Makes around 18 balls.
